Palakkad: 477 out of 491 settlements are electrified, leaving 14 unelectrified. Malappuram: 292 out of 294 settlements are electrified, leaving 2 unelectrified. Wayanad: 3229 out of 3252 settlements are electrified, leaving 23 unelectrified.
Analysis:
•    Wayanad has the highest total number of settlements (3252), and although the number of electrified settlements (3229) is high, 23 settlements remain unelectrified, indicating a small gap in coverage.

•    Kasaragod, Thiruvananthapuram, and Kannur are among the districts where all settlements are fully electrified, suggesting complete electrification in these areas.

•    Idukki has the highest number of unelectrified settlements (34), despite having a significant number (277) already electrified. This district may need more focused efforts to achieve full electrification.

Conclusion:

•    Several districts, including Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, and Kasaragod, have achieved complete electrification of settlements.

•    Districts like Idukki, Wayanad, Palakkad, and Ernakulam, although having high numbers of electrified settlements, still have some unelectrified settlements that need attention.

•    Overall, Kerala shows a strong trend towards full electrification, with only a few remaining settlements in select districts needing to be electrified. Focused efforts in these areas could bring about 100% electrification across the state.
