Medical Budget Details

Between 2015–16 and 2017–18, the medical budget increased from ₹27.7 lakh to ₹60 lakh, with full utilisation by 2017–18. The major rise was in honorarium costs, which tripled and made up most of the spending. Medicine purchases dropped in the final year, while other costs like screening camps and printing remained modest. Furniture was funded only in 2016–17. Overall, spending shifted towards staff payments and better budget utilisation.
