Gender and Age-wise New Cases Registered in RCC during 2023-24

• The highest number of new cancer cases was recorded in the 55-64 age group, accounting for 27.35% of total cases, with males slightly higher than females.
• The 45-54 age group also showed a significant number of cases, contributing 20.86% of total registrations, with females outnumbering males.
• Younger age groups (0-24 years) represented a smaller proportion of cases, only 6.24% combined, indicating lower incidence in children and young adults.
• Overall, female patients slightly outnumbered male patients, with 7,979 females (52.7%) versus 7,152 males (47.3%) among the total 15,131 cases.
