
Between 2019–20 and 2024–25 (up to August 2024), Kerala’s banks disbursed ₹8,17,100 lakh in home loans to 4,53,689 families. KSCARDB accounted for the largest share (62%), followed by South Indian Bank (30%), Kerala State Co-operative Housing Federation (4%), and Indian Overseas Bank (9%). This highlights the crucial role of KSCARDB in supporting housing and repair initiatives across the state.
