This suggests that Block Panchayats prioritize service delivery, with a reasonable allocation toward production and infrastructure.
3.    District Panchayats: District Panchayats have relatively lower allocations, particularly in Production (12,313.71) and Infrastructure (6,534.65). However, they maintain a fair focus on Service (51,124.67), indicating a potential role in overseeing or supporting service activities rather than direct production or infrastructure investment.
4.    Municipalities: Municipalities focus more on Service (59,035.53), the second-highest service allocation among all LSGs, with moderate allocations for Production (7,508.01) and Infrastructure (13,986.09).
