Present Status of KSIDC Parks


KSIDC parks cover 1,174.5 acres, with 707.5 acres developed and 144.8 acres still available. About 4.19 lakh sq.ft. of built-up space exists, of which 1.23 lakh sq.ft. remains vacant. They have attracted ₹1,91,498 lakh investment, housing 344 units and creating 11,009 jobs. While Kannur, Kozhikode, and Cherthala parks show strong activity, some like the Coconut Industrial Park and KCCL Land remain underutilized.
