  • Among Scheduled Caste students, girls (24,506) outnumber boys (8,839), forming nearly 74% of the total 33,345 SC students.

  • Among Scheduled Tribe students too, girls (5,914) are higher in number compared to boys (2,921), making up about 67% of the total 8,835 ST students.

  • For both SC and ST groups, the largest enrollment is in BSc courses (SC: 13,230, ST: 1,414), followed by BA (SC: 11,422, ST: 3,655).

  • Postgraduate enrollments (MA, MSc, MCom) are much lower compared to undergraduate courses, showing that most SC/ST students are concentrated at the undergraduate level.
