Target and achievement of Immunisation programme ( 2018-19 to 2024-25)


The immunisation data shows that most vaccines achieved coverage levels close to the target, especially BCG and OPV 0, which recorded more than 98% achievement. However, coverage gradually declines across subsequent doses of Penta and OPV, indicating dropouts as the vaccination schedule progresses. The lowest performance is seen in TT doses—particularly the TT Booster—showing a significant gap and suggesting the need for improved follow-up and outreach in later-stage immunisation.
