Thiruvananthapuram saw a balanced participation with 54 female beneficiaries, 51 male beneficiaries, and 1 transgender beneficiary. There's a noteworthy gender inclusivity in the fellowship recipients.

Ernakulam and Thrissur districts exhibited higher numbers of beneficiaries compared to others. Ernakulam recorded 50 female and 83 male beneficiaries, while Thrissur had 48 female and 85 male beneficiaries. This could be attributed to urbanization and better accessibility to such programs in these regions.

Districts like Palakkad, Malappuram, and Kozhikode showcased a significant gap in female participation. Palakkad, for instance, had only 3 female beneficiaries compared to 59 male beneficiaries. 

Northern districts like Kasargod, Wayanad, and Kannur exhibited comparatively lower participation rates. Wayanad, for instance, had just 5 female and 16 male beneficiaries. This pattern might reflect a need for targeted outreach programs to ensure equitable access to opportunities across the state.

 While the overall number of transgender beneficiaries is low across the state, it's encouraging to see inclusion efforts. Thiruvananthapuram had 1 transgender beneficiary, indicating a step towards recognizing and supporting marginalized communities.
