Kerala reported 4.14 lakh pregnancies, mostly from Malappuram, Kozhikode, and Thiruvananthapuram. Nearly 98% were among women aged 20–49, while adolescent pregnancies (15–19 years) made up just 2.3%, mainly in Malappuram and Kozhikode. Pregnancies below 15 and above 49 were rare, with a few cases in districts like Pathanamthitta, Ernakulam, and Thrissur. The data highlight a concentration of pregnancies in northern districts and the need for focused care for adolescents and older mothers in specific areas.
